Energy Politics was founded by Jennifer Considine, and Thom Dawson of Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 2004. The Energy Politics Concord was created to promote the development and pursuit of ideas, strategies and analysis relating to all aspects of energy in the 21st century.

All donations to the Energy Politics Concord will support students in Energy Programs around the world. Donations made to the Energy Politics Scholarship Fund are earmarked to support students in financial need at the University of Dundee’s Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Dundee Scotland.

We accept donations to the Energy Politics Scholarship Fund  through the The Calgary Foundation.

 

Donation Options:

 

 Online:

  • You can donate online through The Calgary Foundation, click onto “Give Online – General Donations” and follow the links.
  • Canadian income tax receipts will be issued electronically for donations over $25.00.
  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
  • Charitable tax receipts are issued to the person/organization whose name is on the credit card.
  • NOTE: The Income Tax Act does not permit the Foundation to issue charitable tax receipts to anyone other than the donor (the person/organization whose name is on the credit card).

  • Donors may also call (403) 802-7700 to give credit card information over the phone, should they not feel comfortable doing so, online. Please do not leave your credit card information on the voice mail system.
